20 years of experience empowering consumers to live independently NYS CDPA leader in expertiseefficiency and innovation Superior customer service from trustworthy knowledgeableand responsive staff I couldnt bear to send her to a nursing home where shed have to wait for several hours to get dressed couldnt do what she loves. Weve had experience with agencies that send you their aides rather than you choose. The bottom line is we want to be happy in our house and if youre in a nursing home youre not in our house and if you have an agency person who was sent to you who is not nice to you then were not really happy in our house. I have been with the program for over 20 years.
