This week's Dose of Hope is provided by iACT Board Member Imam Anwer Imam. In the wake of the recent vandalism at Nueces Mosque, Imam Anwer offered words that reached beyond the moment – words rooted in faith, resilience, and hope. He reflected on the trials faced by the Prophet Muhammad, and on the unwavering service that Nueces Mosque has offered to Austin for nearly 50 years. Though the circumstances are painful, Imam Anwer reminded us that this is also a chance for our community to come together – to listen with compassion, to uplift one another, and to ensure that every house of worship remains a place of peace, safety, and welcome for all.
