Congratulations to Chemika Bolden, 4J's Grow Your Own program administrator, on being named a 2025 Educator of the Year by the Oregon Alliance of Black School Educators (ORABSE) The Eugene School District 4J honored Chemika for her leadership in diversifying the educator workforce through 4J's Grow Your Own program and her impactful contributions to statewide equity efforts. A proud Willamette High alum and former classroom teacher, she brings deep personal passion and professional expertise to her mission of increasing representation in education. "Representation matters for students and the difference it can make in their success," Chemika shared.
