PER provides a place for renewal of mind, body & spirit through mental, physical, social, and emotional programs our clients.PER consults with the many Associations and Shelters to evaluate recommendations to find the unexpected victims that will become PERs clients.The victims who PER desires to help cannot see the light; they cannot afford to take a 72-hour retreat to rejuvenate, much less, the time off work and extra childcare expenses.It is not what we take but yet what we give.
