Project Help, Inc.
Project Help was established to help veterans through their darkest hours! Our mission is to support veterans and their families in times of need and to help launch them into a career earning a living wage and with a future. We are currently serving all of New Jersey and been making great inroads in counties not served before. We have expanded to other states using complimentary organizations and work with them as a referral system. We recently opened a branch in Jacksonville FL and soon will open in PA and NY. Our focus after basic needs of veterans are met, is employment and career support for the veteran, spouse and family members. Money management and financial planning are also a priority. the plan is to stop the bleeding and provide a way to future success.

The veteran suicide rate is significantly higher than the general populationwith about 17 deaths per day. Barriers to care stigma and a shortage of VA mental health professionals worsen the issue. HOMELESSNESS As of 2024 about 35000 veterans remain homeless.
