Caller information to the Upper Room Catholic Hotline will be kept confidential by the Upper Room volunteers except Imminent harm to the caller or 3rd party/child abuse/neglect. The Upper Room Crisis Hotline provides telephone hotline services to Roman Catholic Priests, Deacons, and Men Religious.
