Through the encouragement of individual and organizational philanthropic engagement Compassion at Work stands as a beacon of hope. About Compassion at Work Compassion at Work provides financial support to individuals and families through the establishment of organizational benevolence funds. Benevolence Fund To date the fund has helped over 600 Insperity employees and received over 4 million in donations including a 1 million donation from Insperity during Hurricane Harvey.
