ZIGGURAT THEATER COMPANY
Ziggurat Theatre Ensemble creates original theatre inspired by world myths, celebrating our collective past by exploring world culture and ritual as a dramatic form. Our work emphasizes the physical, musical and visual aspects of performance, as well as the emotional, intellectual and cerebral. It is a central mission of our theatre to offer an indelible theatrical experience for our audiences that can unite the diverse cultures of our community. We do so by sharing and illuminating themes from classical and world mythology, which transcend cultural boundaries and speak to our common human experience instinctively, deeply and powerfully.
