Evelyn H. Kahn Scholarship Fund The Evelyn H. Kahn Scholarship Fund was established in 2002 to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of Chicago Public School Nurses and to encourage school nurses to continue their education. The scholarship provides funds to current Chicago Public School Nurses pursuing Type 73 or Type 75 Certification RN Licensure or Masters or Doctorate degrees in Nursing Education or related fields. When Evelyn Henry Kahn passed away in 2001 her family and friends wanted to establish a lasting testimonial to her life.
