Our dedicated Staff: Madelyn Anton, Renae Bierer, Claudia Dominguez and Jennifer Weiss Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life in the greater Phoenixville area by helping the uninsured and underinsured overcome financial and cultural barriers in obtaining specialized health care. HCA serves the lower income underserved – those members of the community who are uninsured or underinsured-have insurance that doesn't cover everything like Medicare, Medical Assistance or Obamacare. Involvement by HCA not only improves the health and quality of life for clients, but the programs offered help to prevent what would surely be costly emergency services down the road.

Dental The Dental Program is available to both adults and children who are uninsured or underinsured for dental and who meet our eligibility criteria Vision Our network includes vision providers who offer routine vision services to eligible individuals of all ages Prescription We help eligible clients participate in pharmaceutical company Patient Assistance Programs PAP. Mammogram Free Mammogram screenings are available for women and men who do not have insurance coverage.
