The Welcome to America Project is a nonprofit organization that creates community connections and builds bridges of neighborly understanding by providing furniture, basic necessities, education, and additional resources to newly arriving refugees. We offer a simple welcoming gesture, but it is one that lasts a lifetime.

We’re nearly halfway through the year, and the community continues to support our newest neighbors. This year is giving us a special opportunity to deepen connections with families and individuals who were previously welcomed. Just last Saturday, a small team of dedicated volunteers got a chance to revisit four families who were previously welcomed and are now further along in their journeys.
