Helping People Changing Lives in Jackson Greer and Harmon Counties For more than 50 years Southwest Oklahoma Community Action Agency SOCAG has been serving residents of Jackson Greer and Harmon counties. We utilize a wide variety of community programs initiatives and services to help lowincome families and individuals in our service area overcome life obstacles and move toward selfsufficiency. SOCAG is a 501c3 nonprofit community action agency that receives federal funds with a small portion of stateappropriated funds which helps us fulfill the promise of Community Action Community Action changes peoples lives embodies the spirit of hope improves communities and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.
