We utilize a wide variety of community programs initiatives and services to help lowincome families and individuals in our service area overcome life obstacles and move toward selfsufficiency. SOCAG is a 501c3 nonprofit community action agency that receives federal funds with a small portion of stateappropriated funds which helps us fulfill the promise of Community Action Community Action changes peoples lives embodies the spirit of hope improves communities and makes America a better place to live.
