OSCAR & MA'S MISSION IS TO CREATE A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE WHO NEED JOB OPPORTUNITIES CAN RECEIVE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IN A PROFESSIONAL FIELD. WORKING WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT PARTNERS, OSCAR & MA GENERATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING OPPORTUNITY YOUTH, THE UNHOUSED, THE FORMERLY INCARCERATED, AND SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE TEACHING SKILLS AND PROVIDING A PATHWAY TO FUTURE EMPLOYMENT.
