Inclusive Community Wellness (ICW) is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit empowering NYC communities through fitness, nutrition, mental health, and aquatic programs. Offering free swim lessons, lifeguard training, and wellness initiatives, ICW fosters healthier lifestyles and community engagement. Their mission is to make wellness accessible for all ages through inclusive, transformative programs. Free LearntoSwim Classes Coming to Midwood Register Now. ICWs learntoswim program at Brooklyn College has seen record participation from children and adults. The next 10week session begins January 12th and runs Sundays until March 23rd skipping Presidents Day weekend. Due to high demand ICW is seeking funding to offer an hour of free swim classes for Midwood residents who need affordable access to water safety lessons.
