TO ENSURE THAT DOWNTOWN REMAINS THE RECOGNIZED HEART OF A VIBRANT COMMUNITY. WE WILL WORK AGGRESSIVELY SO THAT DOWNTOWN IS THOUGHT OF AS AN EXCITING DESTINATION, AS HAVING A STRONG SENSE OF PLACE, AND AS BEING A COMMUNITY WHERE PEOPLE ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO BUILD A THRIVING AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.
