Housing Trust of Rutland County is a non-profit organization that provides affordable, attractive hou Housing Trust of Rutland County(HTRC) develops, manages and maintains safe, supportive, affordable housing for the most vulnerable in our community. HTRC transforms former schools, historic buildings and long neglected homes into a place where residents can feel proud to make their home. HTRC houses the most vulnerable in the community with 31% of current residents having experienced homelessness. HTRC does not provide a temporary place, we provide a permanent home with support services to ensure our residents remain successfully housed.
