The mission of CASA of Lowndes and Echols Counties, Inc. is to assist the court by providing screened, trained and supervised volunteers from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds to advocate in the best interests of children who have experienced neglect and/or abuse who are in dependency proceedings resulting in a safe, permanent, loving home where the child can not only survive, but thrive.
