THE CLEVELAND EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO TAKE A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO DEVELOPING WELL-ROUNDED INDIVIDUALS BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, JOB-TRAINING, COUNSELING, PHYSICAL FITNESS/DIET AND NUTRITIONAL TRAINING, AND LEADERSHIP AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING TO LOW INCOME AT-RISK INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI THAT BETTER PREPARE THEM FOR LIFE AND A GLOBAL SOCIETY.

Choose to Grow Choose to Grow is an afterschool program funded by the Mississippi Department of Human Services for students in grades 68 at various sites across the state. Cleveland Empowerment Foundation Makes Donation On December 21 2023 the Cleveland Empowerment Foundation presented a donation in the amount of 6500 to the Alcorn State University Foundation. The Cleveland Empowerment Foundation CEF is the nonprofit arm of The Kirkland Group that supports afterschool and summer programs for middle school students.
