Community Law Program, Inc. (CLP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation formed in 1989 by members of the St. Petersburg Bar Association to serve the civil legal needs of low-income and disadvantaged individuals. CLP's mission is to empower the most vulnerable in our community [Pinellas County, Florida] through the provision of pro bono legal assistance and representation, education about legal rights and responsibilities, and community outreach.
