Recent Actions on Behalf of the Neighborhood The Sumner Citizens Association submitted a letter of concern to the Montgomery County Council and our Council member indicating concern about the pace of consideration of the Planning Board suggested Attainable Housing Initiative AHI. An informal survey of attendees at our annual meeting indicated few people knew the details of this proposed change. We urged both a slow down in the pace of consideration and further residentfocused educational efforts. We will provide updates here with more information on AHI.
