We are filmmakers, researchers, activists, and educators dedicated to sharing stories that guide our country towards a more humane and more effective justice system. We use film to inspire leaders to evolve beyond traditional "command and control" practices and instead create cultures that "engage and inspire" both incarcerated people and correctional officers to to be their best selves - so everyone has a chance at success. Our organization is committed to a rigorous, long-term, approach that seeds tangible change through ongoing partnerships and education opportunities.
