HOME OWNERSHIP AND TENANT/LANDLORD RELATIONS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; TO CARRY OUT STUDIES AND PLANNING FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING HOUSING CONDITIONS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; AND TO WORK WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES TO IMPROVE THE HOUSING CONDITIONS IN THE NORTHWEST QUEENS COUNTY.
