🔔You heard it here first! Medgar Evers at 100: A Legacy of Justice, A Future of Change. Join us June 26th - 29th in Jackson to celebrate a century of courage. Check out the link in our bio. #Evers100 (fb)

Today, we celebrate 100 years of Brother Malcolm X. A century ago, a man was born who would shift the course of history with his words, his courage, and his unwavering love for his people. El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, better known as Malcolm X, was more than a leader. He was a mirror, a movement, a force of truth who taught us to see ourselves with pride and walk with power. Malcolm reminded us that loving ourselves was revolutionary. That demanding respect was not radical; it was necessary. He spoke with fire, but he loved with depth. He evolved, he grew, he sacrificed, and he never stopped pushing for justice, even when it cost him everything. On what would have been his 100th birthday, we don’t just remember him. We honor him. We thank him. We carry him forward. Thank you, Brother Malcolm, for your light, your lessons, and your love. You live on in all of us. (fb)
