Danisar Productions Inc
A not-for-profit bilingual (Spanish/English) company whose mission is to develop original productions with the goal of increasing understanding among people of many cultures and nations , develop, ,and showcase the talents of minority artists. A springboard for many artists that are currently working in the theater, film, and television, Danisarte (a.k.a. Danisar, Prods. Inc.) has been a leader in diversity and non-traditional casting. Danisarte had its roots in Latino theatre, first utilizing the space of the Latin American Ensemble in East Harlem, New York City, and then inaugurating the Julia de Burgos Cultural Center there on 106th St. Danisarte is now an international organization, having performed in Colombia, Spain, and Puerto Rico. A multiple award winning company.
