Texas Parks & Recreation Foundation – Parks and Recreation Foundation and Land Holdings since 1979 Texas Parks Recreation Foundation is a nonprofit 501 c3 corporation founded in 1979 with members throughout Texas committed to excellence in public leisure services and open spaces and providing support for the organizations and individuals who make those spaces and services their lifes work through education scholarships and land trust services. This work continues thanks to the tireless work of volunteer board members and officers as well as the generous support of individuals businesses and organizations who value parks and public spaces and our efforts to protect them for all to enjoy. Now accepting sponsor and donation applications for the 2025 Gene Spearman Auction. .
