Empowering adults with Neurologic Conditions to experience outdoor adventure in beautiful Central OR Destination Rehab is adventure based rehabilitation for people with chronic neurologic conditions. All activities have physical therapy, evidence based approach. Our mission is to promote improved community participation, confidence, and quality of life through skills training and adventure challenges. We take participants into the community and practice real-life skills while enjoying activities such as local festivals, Farmer's market, hiking along the river, farm-to-table restaurants, theaters, fitness classes, paddle boarding, art walks, museum tours, and more! The three main components of our program are: skills training (targeted skills practice), community integration (daily tasks in local environment) and outdoor adventures (to improve physical stamina and problem solving).

We serve adults with Stroke Parkinsons Disease Multiple Sclerosis Brain Injury Spinal Cord Injury Cerebral Palsy and other conditions. Central Oregon 501c3 Nonprofit since 2016 What We Do We are board certified Neurologic Physical Therapists who are passionate about getting people into the outdoors with improved physical ability movement and confidence to experience the Great Outdoors. We offer individual sessions and group programs and our participants experience life changing results.
