BLACK MEN VOTE HAS THE UNIQUE ABIILTY TO BRIDGE THE CULTRUAL DIVIDE WITH OUTSIDE STAKEHOLDERS AND GRASSROOTS AS WELL AS GRASSTOP LEADERS IN THE BLACK MALE COMMUNITY.
