Phins To the West
PTTW is an event that brings together Parrot Head TropRock types from all areas of the country to enjoy a weekend of phun and entertainment in Mesquite, NV. Phins To The West was created in 2004 by a group of like minded men and women who celebrate the Jimmy Buffet style of life. A tropical drink in your hand, feet in the sand and a breeze in the air. We come from all walks of life and enjoy listening to tropical music and belong to many different Parrothead Clubs in the United States. We call it "Partying for a Purpose". The end result is funds raised and given to charity. In 2004 we began raising money for the Ava MaCav Boys & Girls Club and throughout the years had gifted them with over $68,000. Since 2008 when were introduced to a great group of people who work at Keep Memory Alive through Alan Conklin, our Co-Chairman. It is truly amazing work they do. We have been able to contribute close to $106,000 and plan doing more for them year
