CONTRA COSTA COUNTY TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION IS A NON-PROFIT, NON-PARTISAN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROMOTING ACCOUNTABLE, COST-EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT AND OPPOSING UNNECESSARY TAXES AND SPENDING. IT IS A COUNTYWIDE ORGANIZATION WITH THE EXCLUSIVE FOCUS OF INFORMING AND REPRESENTING TAXPAYERS ON PUBLIC SPENDING AND TAX ISSUES. IT WAS FOUNDED IN 1937.
