IT IS THE BELIEF OF THE FACULTY AND STAFF OF OBA THAT YOUNG PEOPLE WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH SKILLS NECESSARY TO COMPETE FOR COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS AND ENTRANCE INTO THE COLLEGE OR OCCUPATION OF THEIR CHOICE.
