Many of Jesus' followers were young, and it's believed that some of them were still in their teenage years. Among them, John is thought to be the youngest, and he was the only disciple who remained at the cross when Jesus took His final breath. While others may have been overwhelmed by fear and fled, John’s presence at the cross shows the depth of his love and loyalty to Jesus.
