Mutts & Mittens is dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned and abused dogs and cats by mending their physical wounds and healing their broken souls. Mutts & Mittens world is full of the broken, abused and forgotten. As humans we have a say in our future but these precious animals do not. It is our goal to take away the fear and sadness in their eyes when they know they have been abandoned, but do not understand why. I am always amazed at the tails that wag so freely, despite the horrific treatment some of these babies have been through, when I tend to their wounds. It is our goal to take away their pain and show them the unconditional love that they share so easily. It is our goal to make sure every one of them knows their life DOES MATTER; and when the time comes, it is our goal to make sure they leave this world wrapped in loving arms, peacefully and knowing someone cared. One at a time we will give them a 2nd chance at happiness
