With mentorship support Westchester teens are given opportunities to lead existing programs or pitch new project ideas individually or with friends. Through our collaborative work students gain handson experience leading projects that builds confidence empathy and teamwork. The Bittermelon is an established notforprofit that is 100 volunteerrun.
