Environmental Law for the People. Our Mission Every Michigander deserves to live in healthy vibrant neighborhoods with clean air to breathe safe water to drink communitycentered spaces to enjoy Michigans many natural treasures. Too often irresponsible polluters target disenfranchised communities and force them to live with unsafe levels of pollution that endanger the health of their community and environment. We work with communities impacted by racism and economic discrimination to utilize the power of the law to create effective strategies to hold polluters and government agencies accountable.
