Additionally, members participate in "Table Topics," which involve delivering impromptu speeches to enhance their ability to think on their feet and adapt to unexpected situations.

Education Programs

Toastmasters offers a comprehensive education system known as Pathways, which comprises eleven distinct learning paths tailored to various needs, including public speaking, interpersonal communication, management, strategic leadership, and confidence building. Each path consists of 14 projects, accessible through both online and print materials. As of 2023, Pathways materials are available in English and ten additional languages, marking a significant step in integrating modern technology into the program. The organization also offers Speechcraft, a 4- to 8-week program designed for non-members, conducted by experienced Toastmasters to introduce them to the principles of effective communication and public speaking.

Leadership Development
