BDCO is a Supervised Independent Living & Residential Program for young ladies and young men who are homeless, at risk for homelessness or have aged out of foster care. Basin Dream Center for Orphans is a supervised independent living and residential program for young men & women who are 17-26 years old, who are homeless, at risk for homelessness or who have aged out of foster care. Our mission is to provide a safe and secure housing option for this population of young adults so they may find stability, hope, and healing, while they learn tools to help them live self-sufficiently. Each student who enters our 24-month free program is provided with room and board, family support, college and vocational support, employment training, a monetary savings program, driver's license training, independent living and life skills training, as well as trauma focused therapy.
