PawZabilities PA Saving Pennsylvania039s Homeless Animals One Paw at a Time Our Mission PawZabilities PA is a 501c3 nonprofit nokill dog rescue organization dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs throughout Pennsylvania. We focus on dogs at risk of euthanasia those surrendered by owners and those in danger of abuse or neglect. Our mission is to place these dogs into loving responsible homes through a thorough adoption process ensuring that every dog is spayed or neutered receives appropriate veterinary care and is placed in a caring foster home until adoption. We prioritize dogs in the greatest need and strive to keep administrative costs low so that donations directly benefit the animals.
