PROVIDE GRANTS TO CANCER PATIENTS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE TREATMENTS OUTSIDE THE SWEETWATER COUNTY, WYOMING AREA. GRANTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO SWEETWATER COUNTY RESIDENTS.
