Our River Stewards have been uncovering our seedlings by very gently trimming the weeds in our seed plots. This allows our seedlings to get more light, more nutrients, and ultimately grow better. So far we have over a thousand baby seedlings to take care of. Thanks to our community volunteers and our River Stewards.🌱🐝🦆 Funding for this program is made possible by sales of the WHALE TAIL® License Plate, donations to the Protect Our Coast and Oceans Fund on the California state tax return, and funds from the State of California.
