Collective Impact Solutions
Collective Impact Solutions exists to unite government entities, community based organizations, education agencies, and the community under a single system of support to promote racial and economic justice. Collective Impact Solutions (CIS) is a non-profit organization that is the bridge between communities and government entities within the framework of Collective Impact to achieve social justice and systemic transformation. CIS was established to lead collective impact efforts creating systemic transformation, changing conditions, and removing barriers by shifting systemic policy and practices. We do this alongside communities, schools, and government partners rooted in an equitable approach that supports dismantling systemic oppression and institutionalized racism.

In partnership with County of Santa Clara's Cross Agency Services Team (CAST) and FIRST 5 Santa Clara County, Collective Impact Solutions facilitated our official Day 1 Single System of Support training for the First 5 Family Resource Centers - CAST SSOS Demonstration Sites. It's truly an honor to work along side these amazing teams as we begin to shift the Santa Clara County system ensuring community is at the center. Congratulations African American Community Services Agency (AACSA), Cesar Chavez, Valley Palms, San Ysidro, and Educare Family Resource Centers.
