The mission of Mammoth Mountain Ski Patrol Alumni Association (MMSPAA) is to support the ongoing education and job-related training for active members of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Patrol and to raise emergency funds for members of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Patrol injured on the job. In addition, MMSPAA educates local school children regarding healthy outdoor activity and career opportunities in ski patrolling, as well as celebrating the history and unique ski culture of Mammoth Mountain and the contributions of Ski Patrol members, who put their lives on the line to make skiing the mountain a safe and exciting experience.
