The Northeast Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association (NEOASA) is a US nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the needs of adult amateur soccer players. Founded in 1975, NEOASA provides various divisions catering to different levels of experience, including men's, women's, over 30, and over 45 divisions, as well as co-ed teams.

Divisions and Events

NEOASA offers a range of soccer divisions to accommodate various skill levels. These include:

• Full-Sided Divisions: Men's, Women's, Men's Over 30, and Co-Ed divisions are available during the fall and spring seasons.
• Summer League: The summer season features a 7v7 format with Co-Ed, Competitive, Recreational, Over 30, and Over 45 divisions.

One of NEOASA's signature events is the SoktoberFest Adult Soccer Festival, held annually in conjunction with Tulsa's Oktoberfest celebrations. This tournament typically attracts teams from multiple states.
