Our mission is to bridge the talent gap in the climate ecosystem in Asia. We also provide capacity building, org dev support and thought leadership. Climate Asia's mission is to bridge the talent gap in the climate ecosystem in Asia. Climate Asia is dedicated to strengthening the climate ecosystem in Asia by enabling talent, and providing capacity-building and organizational development support for institutional sustainability and thought leadership. Climate Asia works with organizations linked directly as well as indirectly to climate in the social impact sector in Asia and provides access to opportunities and skills that would help tackle the climate crisis while prioritizing inclusivity and equity. This includes empowering underrepresented communities and building the institutional capacity of NGOs to effectively address climate challenges at the grassroots level. While our work began in India, we aspire to work across Asia in the next 5 years.
