La Cheim | Educational & Mental Health Services La Cheim Welcome Were Glad Youre Here Since 1974 La Cheim has developed a robust continuum of care to help vulnerable and marginalized children adolescents and adults throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our educational services include a nonpublic school and an inhome therapeutic behavioral services program. Our mental health services include a shortterm therapeutic residential treatment center for maleidentified youth as well as a Community Mental Health Center that provides mental health day treatment for adults and schoolbased therapeutic services for Oakland youth.
