AHN Foundation is a non-profit (tax exempt) organization that centers its work in abolishing inequities in vulnerable and historically marginalized communities within the State of California. We do this by partnering with and empowering communities to develop and evaluate current and past programming. All of our work is rooted and grounded in science and data and delivered to the communities we serve in a culturally competent and sensitive manner.

Advantage Health Now Nonprofit Our Story AHN Foundation was born from our CEO Alicia Coulters desire to provide lifesaving health education and equitable access to health navigation services to the Black community. With over 10 years of experience working in healthcare Alicia has witnessed several marginalized families lose their loved ones due to medical racism as there was a lack of attention to saving Black lives. Alicia decided to leave the hospital and managed care altogether while focusing on using her experience in communitybased work. Click the images for more information regarding our services.
