We focus on both girls and boys programs teaching athletes the value of teamwork and fostering their selfconfidence as leaders. Our philosophy emphasizes keeping costs low and providing financial assistance to those in need. In 2019 we reorganized as the Kaizen Volleyball Development Club a nonprofit 501c3 charity that continues to uphold Coach Freeman39s vision.
