With a background in sales and Electrical Engineering, Leah has worn many hats—from car lots to jewelry counters—and now brings her talents to the nonprofit world, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. our programs Yes Arts programs follow evidencebased datadriven practices and work within all stages of the cycle of addiction from primary prevention to recovery. Yes Arts offers therapeutic arts services through our ART Achieving Recovery Together Program for people in recovery from substance use disorder in partnership with the Franklin County Drug Court and other local nonprofit partners. Yes Arts provides a robust youth prevention program known as YAY Yes Arts Youth. YAY Program Leaders and Youth Mentors are trained on traumainformed care implicit bias neurodiversity child abuse and ACES Adverse Childhood Experiences risk and protective factors.
