Team Jamaica Bickle Inc., (TJB) is the leading organization in sports providing support services for Caribbean athletes who compete at the annual Penn Relays Carnival, held at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Provide sponsorship and support to student athletes competing in the 2023 Penn Relays, held at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. A total of 546 student athletes, accompanied by officials and managers attended.
