Since 1980, we have served 40,000 alumni with an average of 1,300 students yearly. Jobs for Arizona's Graduates (JAG) is a 501(c)(3) and is an affiliate of Jobs for America's Graduates. JAG's mission is to help young people stay in school and to acquire the academic, personal, leadership and vocational skills they will need to be successful upon graduation. JAG partners with schools, the businesses and the public sector to increase the number of high school students graduating on-time, with a post-high school plan. JAG gives at-risk youth an advantage as they complete high school and prepare to enter the workforce. JAG blends project-based learning, trauma-informed care practices, and employer engagement opportunities to help young people address and cope with challenges they face, learn core life and work readiness skills and build a network for future success.
