The mission of TPS is relational and encompasses 3 R’s; to Rebuild relationships to strengthen the people of the City of Shreveport, Redevelop community housing, and Re-establish commerce for a stronger and more vibrant community. The mission was developed to empower people to serve as a catalyst for positive change, to improve the quality of life, and ultimately become a permanent presence for good in our community. Our vision statement is "We Rebuild One Another."
